Patrick Lindsay: Rewrite (James Comments...)

ALWAYS CONSIDER your first attempt a draft, whether it's a speech, a letter, a presentation, or a novel. Even the greatest authors and orators take this view. They lay down their thoughts in their initial work. They rethink, refine, and polish. It's like focusing your lens until your subject is sharp.

The first draft of anything is excrement.

Ernest Hemingway
(1899-1961)

In website development, we call it customization. When the new theme is applied there may be some glitches. The font color may need to be changed. The gadgets may need to be transferred to the main blog. The gadgets may need to be reordered at the sidebar. The gadget may need to be adjusted; the snippet may be removed, the number of posts may need to be increased. The images may need to be shrunk to fit the space exactly. A few gadgets may need to be deleted. While doing these experiments the readers online may be thinking what is happening to the website? Then, when you are finished the website is great. Until, you have another great idea. However, for now it will do.
