In our field Plagiarism is our utmost concern. We do not want lawsuits. It could be the downfall of any writer. Written English should be mastered. From grammar, to syntax, to spelling, to context, to style, to everything, they must me solid. Research is key and practice makes easy reading. Facts must be correct. Essentially, we have to make it enjoyable for the reader. Something with meaningful underlying tones that would linger on in their mind for the rest of their life. It will tug at our heartstrings when someone says to us, I learned a lesson from you that inspired me and changed my life.
