Low airport taxi fare for the savvy traveler

Do not take the taxi parked by the arrival entrance area of the airport terminal.

Instead, walk along the airport avenue until you reach the end.

Then walk to the right or left of the perpendicular avenue and wait for a taxi at the loading and unloading zone.

The cab driver will charge you by the meter which is the regular rate and much lower than the airport taxi fare.

This may also work for a ship port or a bus terminal.
