Papa's Post: A Sonnet To E....

Today, ah World, I see a lovely light
Outcast the shadow of your cloudiest moods!
No ugliness remains. Your hills, your woods
Your seas and skies, ah everything's just right!
Loveliness is all around! This sight
Of bursting rainbow-ribboned rapture intrudes
Voluptuously and rends the gloomy hoods
Embittering my heart and uproots their blight.
Scorching flames, no longer dutiful,
Emblazon all my soul! Ah, one could die
Delightedly drunk, drinking glee on-the-rocks!
I'm just that drunk, For all is beautiful!
The fourteen letters hidden here spell why my
Heartbeats pound and prance like wild amoks!
